"Let's invite the drama group for their ministration" The Pastor said, and left the stage. In no time, a very loud scream was heard from the back, and everybody was shocked and surprised. Some even stood up to check what was happening and it was along the line they got to understand that it was all about the drama. After few minutes, the drama came to an end, and Bro. Steve, who was the Drama Coordinator came around to round it off. After his speech, it was time for special number from the choir, and Amaka was the one to lead the team. She went to the altar almost immediately Bro. Steve left. As Bro. Steve went back to meet his team, as he left the altar, he could not help but wonder about Amaka's attitude towards him for the past one month. For about a month, Amaka was acting funny towards him. At first, he acted as if he was ignorant of her advances and body languages, especially when she comes around him. She laughed and smiled in excess, and Steve counted it all as nothing, until one evening after Bible Study that Amaka rushed to him to whisper something in his ears. He was discussing with his Assistant Drama Coordinator on when their next rehearsal should be, when Amaka quietly moved close to him from the back. "I love you" She whispered. Steve looked back to see who it was, and he was shocked. Not just because of what he heard, nor because of the effrontery Amaka had to tell him that, but mainly because he didn't expect her to whisper anything to his ears in such a manner. "...With the love of Christ" Amaka said aloud, smiling and laughing like a jackass. Steve was amazed and confused. "Is she joking or serious?" He asked himself. "Bro. Steve, I want to see you, but I will wait till you are through." Amaka said, as she walked away. All the while, the Assistant Drama Coordinator was looking at the whole scenerio like a drama presentation. He couldn't believe his eyes that Amaka could be so free with people to the extent of relating with Steve in that manner. "Bro. Steve is a very lucky person oooooo" He said to himself as he let out a brief smile. "I said when should we fix for our next rehearsal?" Steve asked his aassistant again, bringing him to reality. "Oh! You said what?" The assistant asked, coming back to reality. "By the way, why are you smiling?" Steve asked him, smiling briefly too. "Don't mind me. I remembered something" The assistant lied. "Hmmmmm...I think we should meet on Saturday. I'm sure most people would be free on Saturday" He added. Steve agreed with him, and told him to get words across to everybody as they went their ways. Steve was some distance away from the church when someone ran to catch up with him. "I've been calling you since" Amaka said, trying to catch her breath. Steve was surprised. "What could be so important that would make Amaka run after me?" He asked himself. At that moment, he felt important because he knew how guys run after Amaka just to have her attention. "I'm sorry. I forgot you wanted to see me. When I finished with..." Steve tried to explain. "Don't bother explaining" Amaka interrupted him. She was almost fully calm and settled. "So, why do you want to see me?" Steve asked. "Ehm..Ehm...I just want to know if you will come to church on Sunday." Amaka said, stammering. Steve could not believe his ears. "You said what?" He asked, trying to be sure his ears were not making a mistake. "I said, will you come to church on Sunday?" She asked again. "Yes" Steve struggled to reply amist a heavy surprise going on in his head. "OK. That is what I want to know." She said. "We'll see on Sunday" Amaka added, as she turned to leave. Steve wanted to call her back. He wanted to ask her why she wanted to know if he would be in church on Sunday. But, he found his mouth so heavy to be opened. "Does she not know I always come to church on Sunday" He asked himself. "Or, am I not the Sunday School teacher anymore?" Steve wondered. On two other occasions, Amaka did similar thing, and Steve didn't need a soothsayer to tell him what Amaka was up to, and he was not ready for that, so he started avoiding her ever since then.
As Amaka mounted the altar, other members of the choir joined her, and for some minutes, she led the entire team and congregation in a powerful ministration. Chuks would not know if the ministration was powerful or not. Infact, he was not concerned about the ministration at all. His eyes were totally fixed on Amaka. "I go trap this babe" He told himself as if just making up his mind. All of a sudden, it occurred to him that he might not be able to meet with Amaka until the end of the service. "She might have one or two meetings to attend after the service." The thought flashed through his mind. "I'll wait." He silently told himself. He looked at his wristwatch, and the long arrow and the short arrow shared the same spot, as they both pointed in the direction of 11. Chuks knew waiting to speak with Amaka might mean he would miss the football match he planned watching later that afternoon, and he was ready to sacrifice the football match. Thunderous claps accompanied the choir as they went back to their seats, making way for the Pastor to mount the pulpit for the day's sermon. Amaka had not spent up to two minutes on her seat when she got up to visit the toilet. Chuks did not waste a moment at all. "I might get my reward for coming to this church today before the end of the service." He told himself, as he went out of the auditorium.

One thing about "them" is that, when they are among us, we may not easily identify them because they will do what we do, eat what we eat, and go to where we also go to. But, no matter how hard they try, they will always be different from us. But then, if we still look well, you will see that they are among us. Do you know what? The person beside you right now could be one of them. How about you asking the person, "are you one of them?" Lolzzzz.....I'll come your way again with the next episode.
