When Oloye married Oluchi, his beautiful wife, he was more like the luckiest man on the planet. People wondered how he was able to win such a beautiful lady's heart, over to his ugly self. But then, there was nothing anybody could do, and as they say, "love is blind". Some even expected that Oluchi would pull out of the whole wedding arrangement at the eleventh hour. "Do you accept... as your lovely wedded husband... " The Priest asked. "I do" Oluchi replied with a big blush on her face. With that, she sealed her fate with him, and the Priest had no option but to declare them husband and wife. "You may now kiss the bride". The Priest commanded. Getting married of Oloye was not a big deal to Oluchi, but what eventually became a big deal to her was that she later discovered that he was lying to her about some certain things all along. He was not as rich as he tried to portray. Infact, the spare parts business he claimed to own was for his younger brother who was handling another arm of the business in another city. The whole revelation came to lime-light when the younger brother accused him of using his money for the wedding ceremony. "Did you think I was joking when I told you that you are all I have in this world?" Oloye would always ask Oluchi anytime she brings up the issue of lies. Aside Oluchi being uncomfortable with the way things turned out, Oloye too was not comfortable with it. He didn't like the fact that he could no longer have money to spend. He hated his retrogression so much that he was ready to come out of it quickly. He was already known to be a big time spender in all the joints he used to visit, and the thought of going to the same joint to beg for a bottle of drink was what he couldn't stand. He was ready and determined to make money, and to make it fast. With the help of friends with the same level of desperation, he tried his hands on some dubious means of making money, which didn't work out for him. Along the line, Oluchi got tired of Oloye's attitude, and she didn't wait for long before packing her few things back to her parents' house, while Oloye didn't even make a single attempt to get her back. In no time, Oloye was consulting with a herbalist for money ritual. "Baba, I want to be rich. Very rich." He declared. The Baba was used to issues like that. Infact, the person who described Baba's place to Oloye assured him that once he gets to Baba's place, he would be in money. Baba did some consultations with the oracle, and came up with two options for him. "There are two options your spirit support." Baba explained. "Option one is for me to turn you into a goat, and you would roam the street for three days after which you would become rich." Baba said. Oloye didn't feel good about the option. "Why goats of all animals?" He asked himself. He didn't like goats at all, especially he-goats. "Baba, which type of goat?" He asked swiftly. "He-goat ofcourse." Baba replied him scornfully, as if Oloye wanted him to help him change his gender. "No. I can't do that." He thought. Aside the fact that people hate he-goats because of the smell they have, it was also dangerous for an he-goat to roam the street with just 3 weeks to Christmas. "No. No." He said to himself again, conclusively. "Baba, what is the second option?" He asked. "The second option is that, you would sleep with a mad woman." Baba dropped yet another bombshell. Oloye was silent for a while. He was not sure what to think or even what to say. He didn't expect such heavy options from Baba. He was hoping Baba would tell him to bring a goat, a chicken, or even a white cloth, in exchange for a calabash that would always produce money. "Baba, is there another option?" He asked suggestively. "No." Baba replied, getting a little impatient. Oloye was quiet for a while. "Young man, which option are you going for? I have other people to attend to" Baba asked, running out of patience.
