Turn On The Light

The fact is, I never knew there was light all the while I was at my friend's place. My friend was not around and he has given me the key to his room. I needed to do something on my pc, and it's battery was already low. While I sat on the bed trusting the Lord for light. I was so sure they would restore the light. At least, they have to restore it, cos what I wanted to do on my system was for the good of the Gospel.

As I sat on the bed, I prayed, declared, infact, I can even say I fasted right there on the spot. I even slept off while expecting the light. By the time I woke up, I realized I've slept for close to 2 hours, and there was still no sign of light. As I was packing my things to leave, my eyes went towards where the light switch of the house is. Guess what my eyes saw - "GEN". I moved the switch knob down to where "NEPA" was written. Immediately, light came. My goodness! That means there has been light all the while I was waiting. There has been light all the while I was praying for light.

Hmmmm...Many times we pray and pray, not knowing that the answers to our prayers have been provided, but we are just too blind to see the provided answers. Imagine what would be the fate of Isaac if Abraham didn't see the ram meant for the sacrifice. Hmmmmm... Christ was made poor so that we may be rich. All you need have been provided for you. OPEN YOUR EYES JOOR!!!
